It is with great pleasure that we announce that a new dealer for Multione loaders and attachments has been appointed in the Western Cape region to not only provide expert sales advice and service on our range of loaders and options, but also to provide extensive after sales service, back-up, support and technical support for the entire range of MultiOne compact articulated loaders in the region.
MultiOne SA welcomes Ikapa Trading Company of Grabouw in the Overberg area as an official distributor of our range of products ranging from agricultural machines, green care and landscaping machines to farming loaders, construction machines and small tractors. In addition, the entire range of more than 170 different MultiOne attachments will be available for sale in this region as from the 1st of June 2017.
Ikapa trading Company is an established (since 2010) and respected partner in the greater Overberg area for many years and is well known in the area for excellent sales and aftermarket service of a wide range of agricultural products. Ikapa specializes in agricultural and turf equipment with spare parts for the fruit, wine, citrus and grain industries to name but a few. Their operations are located at IKAPA Building, Elgin Fruitgrowers, Main Road Grabouw. The Range of MultiOne agricultural machines and attachments will be available for viewing at the Ikapa premises and demonstration requests are welcomed.
One of the key areas of focus will be the “Bin on the Ground” concept farming project aimed at reducing harvesting costs dramatically while improving efficiencies during harvesting and pruning seasons. The concept utilises the patented “Krokodil” self-loading trailer and makes use of an all-terrain compact forklift to move the bins out of the orchards or picking areas. Bin on the ground projects however require competent and able loaders to achieve this goal as lifting capacity and stability of these type of loaders is a key element to the success for Bin on the Ground. Multione loaders equipped with fork lift attachments fill this gap perfectly with small articulated loaders that can handle the weight of multiple bins with ease on the often unforgiving terrain.
Anti-Slip valves and diff locks are standard on all MultiOne farming loaders to ensure adequate traction and stability at no additional cost to the end user.
Ikapa Trading will focus to develop a host of never seen before agricultural attachments in conjunction with Multione SA to fit on the farming loaders providing even more solutions than any other competitor in this industry. Current projects include adaptation to ensure compatibility of existing equipment with MultiOne loaders like Turbomatic PTO sprayers, blossom thinning mechanical attachments, orchard ripping, trimming and hydraulic mulching to name a few.
Ikapa Trading will provide services, repairs, spares and technical support for all MultiOne Loaders sold in the area. They have a mobile service-unit to service existing customers in the area with parts, services, breakdowns and repairs.
